We are honored to announce that Professor Domenico Piccolo, President of AIDA (Associazione Italiana Dermatologi Ambulatoriali) and Director of the Novea Skin Center, will attend the 9th Ziyalan International Medicine of Anti-Aging and Aesthetic Congress, as Congress Chair and  also  Chair the Dermatology and Aesthetic Summit Forum. Domenico Piccolo教授在皮肤科及医美领域拥有深厚的学术积累与丰富的临床与管理经验，在皮肤镜、远程皮肤镜、皮肤病理学及激光医学等核心领域成果斐然。

Professor Domenico Piccolo has extensive academic expertise and rich clinical and managerial experience in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. He has achieved remarkable accomplishments in key fields such as dermoscopy, teledermoscopy, dermatopathology, and laser medicine.

学术与临床背景

Domenico Piccolo教授现任意大利门诊皮肤科医生协会（AIDA）会长及Novea皮肤中心院长，同时担任意大利拉奎拉大学皮肤病学系的客座教授。1996年毕业于拉奎拉大学并获得医学学位，2000年完成该校皮肤科专科培训。在住院医师阶段，他曾作为访问住院医师赴奥地利格拉茨卡尔·弗朗岑斯大学交流学习，并在皮肤镜、远程皮肤镜及皮肤病理学领域发表多篇国际论文。此后，他持续拓展在激光皮肤科及医美领域的临床与研究专长，并于2009年注册成为英国综合医学委员会（GMC）成员，曾在伦敦Wimpol Clinic及利兹Skinfinity Clinic担任皮肤科顾问医师。

Professor Domenico Piccolo is the President of AIDA (Associazione Italiana Dermatologi Ambulatoriali) and Director of the Novea Skin Center. He also serves as a Visiting Professor in the Department of Dermatology at the University of L’Aquila, Italy.

He graduated from the University of L’Aquila in 1996 with a medical degree and completed his dermatology specialist training at the same university in 2000. During his residency, he worked as a visiting resident at the Medical University of Graz in Austria, where he further developed his expertise and published multiple international papers in dermoscopy, teledermoscopy, and dermatopathology.

He later expanded his clinical and research focus into laser dermatology and aesthetic medicine. In 2009, he became a registered member of the UK General Medical Council (GMC). He has also served as a dermatology consultant at Wimpole Clinic in London and Skinfinity Clinic in Leeds.

Professor Domenico Piccolo is one of the founding members of the International Society of Dermoscopy (IDS) and has served as President of the Associazione Italiana Dermatologi Ambulatoriali (AIDA) since January 2015. He has held key leadership roles in international academic and professional organizations and has long been committed to advancing academic development and international exchange in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, with broad influence across the global medical community.

科研与成果

Domenico Piccolo教授在国际与国家级学术领域成果丰硕，已发表150余篇学术论文，出版5部专著。同时，他在超过400场国际及国内学术会议中担任演讲嘉宾，积极分享其在皮肤镜、激光医学及医美临床实践方面的研究成果与经验，对推动相关领域的发展具有重要贡献。

Professor Domenico Piccolo has an extensive record of academic contributions at both national and international levels. He has published more than 150 scientific papers, authored five books. In addition, he has served as a speaker at over 400 international and national academic conferences, actively sharing his research findings and clinical experience in dermoscopy, laser medicine, and aesthetic medicine, making significant contributions to the advancement of these fields.

From July 17 to 19, the 9th Ziyalan International Medicine of Anti-Aging and Aesthetic Congress will grandly be held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian).

At this congress, Professor Domenico Piccolo will draw on his extensive clinical experience and leadership to present at the Dermatology and  Aesthetics Summit Forum. He will share a lecture titled “Usefulness of Dermoscopy in Laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Treatments,” further promoting the integration of academic research and clinical practice, and fostering international collaboration and development in the field of anti-aging and aesthetic medicine.
