Call for Papers for the 9th Ziyalan International Medicine of Anti-Aging and Aesthetics Congress (IMAAC)
Dear colleagues in the aesthetic medicine industry,
From July 17 to 19, 2026, the 9th Ziyalan International Medicine of Anti-Aging and Aesthetics Congress will be grandly held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian). This congress will feature an exhibition area of 15,000 sqm, bringing together more than 300 renowned brands, and will invite over 300 authoritative experts, industry leaders, and research pioneers from around the world to participate.
The congress will focus on cutting-edge topics in the fields of anti-aging and medical aesthetics, aiming to build a global aesthetic medicine event that integrates academic innovation, technological transformation, and industrial upgrading, providing a high-level platform for in-depth communication and collaboration among industry professionals.
To promote in-depth academic exchange in aesthetic medicine between China and the international community and to comprehensively showcase the development of aesthetic medicine academia in China, the congress hereby launches a call for paper submissions. The details are as follows:
01 Scope of Submissions
•The call for papers covers the following topics:
1. Dermatology and Aesthetics
2. Cosmetic Surgery
3. Minimally Invasive Injections
4. Sexual Medicine and Genital Rejuvenation
5. Oral Aesthetic Medicine
6. Longevity and Anti-Aging
7. Aesthetic Design and Consultation
8. Operation and Management
9. Medical Aesthetic Compliance
10. AI-driven Precision Aesthetic Medicine
11. New Technology Development and Applications
The organizing committee will collect papers based on the above professional topic areas. Submissions are warmly welcomed. Contributors are invited to engage with global peers to explore cutting-edge innovations in healthy aesthetic medicine concepts and technologies, support industry transformation and upgrading, and foster new drivers for development.
02 Submission Requirements
(1) Submission guidelines: Manuscripts should be concise and focused, centered on the author’s professional field, summarizing and sharing clinical experience. Topics of a commercial or marketing nature will not be considered.
(2) Abstract format: Submissions are limited to an abstract within 800 Chinese characters, including the following elements: “presentation title,” “main content,” and “key highlights.” The content should be clear and logically structured.
(3) Submission deadline: March 31, 2026. Please ensure your submission is completed before this date.
(4) Review notification: All submissions will be reviewed by the forum’s topic review committee. Acceptance notifications will be sent via email by April 30, 2026. Please check your inbox accordingly.
(5) Content involving patented products and technologies: Presentations related to proprietary products and technologies will be regarded as sponsored presentations. The forum review team and the organizing committee reserve the right to evaluate and handle such submissions accordingly. If you wish to promote products, please contact our sales team to learn more about exhibition and sponsorship opportunities, including sponsored presentations (individual talks, half-day or full-day symposium sessions).
(6) The final interpretation of the event belongs to Ziyalan.
03 Submission Process

04 Submission Incentives
Free congress access: All authors who submit according to the requirements (regardless of whether their submissions are accepted) will receive a congress full pass valued at RMB 3,980, allowing them to join the global elite at this prestigious event.
05 Speaker Selection Benefits
Authors whose submissions are accepted will have the opportunity to present at the 9th Ziyalan International Congress, or to share via a live online session on the Ziyalan Cloud Academy. Outstanding professionals are welcome to apply. If selected for an on-site presentation at the 9th Ziyalan International Congress, the following additional benefits will be provided:
- Three congress full passes (transferable)
- Airport or train station pickup and drop-off service
- Two nights of complimentary accommodation at a designated five-star hotel in Shenzhen during the congress (travel expenses to and from Shenzhen are at your own cost)
- Lunch and coffee breaks during the congress period
